No need to fire up the grill for my Memorial Day gathering. Rain or shine, I bring home Jim ‘N Nick’s hickory smoked spareribs instead.

Offered by the half slab or whole slab, my guests will tend to add a few ribs to their plates—like a side dish—even if they select another option as their main dish. So I order multiple slabs from their Community Meals menu. Here I can order a rib meal for six, 12, or 18 people, which includes coleslaw, potato salad or baked beans.

Each Jim and Nick’s slab is meaty, deeply flavorful and tender to the bone. And I serve with my favorite Jim and Nick’s made from scratch barbecue sauce, Original Concoction.
