The Red Cat welcomes spring with seasonal beverages and fare.

Today we are lunching at The Red Cat at Pepper Place, one of its three locations. Spring 2024 Specials are now in season. So, we order the whole menu!

Red Cat’s Spring Salad is a delightful fresh mix of spring greens, sliced strawberries cucumber, feta, and candied pecans. The greens are crisp, bright, and fresh. In season strawberries add colorful sweet, juiciness balanced by refreshing cucumbers grassy bitterness. Fine crumbly feta boasts a layer pungent creaminess. And candied pecans are the crunchy, sweet cherry on top. This lovely salad is dressed in Red Cat’s fabulous and now famous balsamic vinaigrette. Divine!

The Spring Sandwich is Red Cat Caprese. Between slices of Birmingham BreadWorks bread are thick slices, milky, moist mozzarella, fresh juicy tomato, crisp spinach, a pretty pesto, and that beautiful balsamic vinaigrette are piled high. The sandwich is light and fulfilling. This sandwich satisfies all appetites. We paired lunch with warm Himalayan Latte and Strawberry Matcha.
And we finish with fresh baked, moist, and soft Chocolate Chip Cookies and the lovely thirst-quenching Lavender Lemonade. Hurry into The Red Cat before the season ends!
