Partner and Pastry Chef, Emily Tuttle Shell creates desserts like your grandma made: strawberry shortcake on a warm biscuit, fresh peach poundcake, and beautiful cobblers. And she whips up the most marvelous macaroons for their special Valentine’s dinners. Today she shares her cobbler recipe. I plan to make it for July 4th 250th Celebration!

And we have as my special guests, Kate Hartman and Rima Hartman, who were the winners of this “Behind The Scenes” experience auction lot from the Birmingham chapter of Les Dames d’Escoffier’s annual fund raiser, Southern Soirée.
