Bottega 100%

The Bottega Dining Room has reopened for dinner!

After being closed for renovations since March 2022, the formal Dining Room at Bottega has reopened. Dinner is now served Wednesday-Saturday, from 5:00 until 9:30 p.m. The menu features a nice mix of Bottega classics: beef carpaccio and parmesan soufflé, for example, as well as new dishes. Bottega's menu continues to be inspired by the trattorias and wine bars of Italy. Aperitivi, wines, cocktails, savory bites and desserts are offered in an elegant, intimate atmosphere.

Highlights of the renovated space include new white tile flooring, repainted walls
a new beautiful iron work staircase leading to the mezzanine, which replaces the wood and glass hand railing. The banquettes, previously in the middle of the dining room, have been removed and replaced with formal tables and chairs. Bottega's Dining Room space is more open and airy and better reflects the historic Beaux-Arts building.

Reservations are recommended and accepted up to two weeks in advance by visiting the website or calling the restaurant at 205-939-1000. Valet service is provided.

The restaurant first opened in 1988. Two years later, the Café opened in the adjoining space, with a menu built around pizzas and dishes cooked in a wood-burning oven. The Café remains open for lunch and dinner on a first-come, first-served basis, from 11 a.m. until 9:30 p.m., Tuesday-Saturday.
