Eli’s Jerusalem Grill is an organic restaurant located at 4673 Highway 280 and Pizitz Food Hall. Chef Eli Markshtien serves grass fed beef, organic chicken, lamb along with falafel, homemade pita, soups, salads, desserts, organic wine, and organic beer. Eli's also uses Non-GMO oils.

Kabob options include organic chicken, grass fed beef, grass fed lamb, and kefta (ground, grass fed beef and lamb). My favorite is the Chicken Kabobs, served over basmati rice with Israeli Salad. I order with sides of hummus, pita, and falafel and pair with his organic wine list. The chicken is marinated and grilled on skewers with seasonal veggies. Each piece is juicy and bursting with flavor, enhanced by his special organic, Israeli marinade. The yellow basmati rice is an al dente delight and provides a perfect backdrop for the kabobs, although the Israeli couscous is also a tasty option. And the acidic veggie salad rounds out the dish. I have never had better hummus or fresher, better pita bread than Eli’s. So I always order mine with hummus and fresh pita and a side of his addictive falafel.
