Executive Chef Chris Moore
Chef Moore brings her culinary talents to the Elyton Hotel's restaurants: The Yard and Moon Shine, from her most recent experience at The Biltmore in Asheville North Carolina. She is a graduate of Kendall College in Chicago. And she honed her culinary skills working with three James Beard Award winning chefs, including French Master Chef, Philippe Boulot in Portland, Oregon.
At The Yard and Moon Shine, Moore will craft exceptional, seasonally inspired fare using regionally sourced products.
