Tom Saab

Birmingham native and professionally trained chef Tom Saab is the executive chef and restaurateur of both Bistro 218 and Bocca Ristorante. 

Chef Saab: “My favorite restaurants are small, independent, chef owned restaurants, “ Tom says, “because chefs are in the business to share their passion for food, influences and culture.” He supports the local community by using fresh, local produce as much as possible.
