Join us at Bistro 218 on Wednesday, April 22nd for a one-night-only dinner experience featuring Crown Royal, where each course has been thoughtfully paired to bring out the depth and character of these exceptional expressions.

We’re welcoming Stephen Wilson of Crown Royal, who will guide the evening and share the stories behind each pour. From a barrel-aged Old Fashioned to start, to standout pairings like butter basted sea scallops with 12 Year Reserve and a beautifully seared duck breast alongside Crown Royal XO, this is a menu designed to impress from beginning to end.

The evening continues with a char grilled bavette steak paired with the rare 18 Year, and finishes on a high note with a Royal Espressotini and warm beignets.

It’s an intimate, elevated night of incredible food, exceptional whiskey, and great conversation in the heart of downtown.
