Chef Brad Mizerany

Chef Mizerany is a former math teacher and collegiate athlete at Millsaps College. After serving in the Mississippi Teacher Corps program, he decided to try his hand in the culinary world. He cut his teeth at The Renaissance Ross Bridge Hotel as a part of the culinary apprenticeship program at Jeff State, where he received his associate's degree. Training under Chef Robert Kamm, he was trained under every aspect of the kitchen. Following that, he travelled all over to be trained by many amazing chefs.

He comes to Bellini's a well-seasoned chef and hopes to bring his worldwide experience to his family and friends here in Alabama.
