Owners of the downtown location are Mike and Mick Dunnavant, who can be found greeting guests and suggesting interesting tapas selections and wine pairings. The Wine Loft features a selection of more than 70 wines by the glass and more than 250 by the bottle and a menu of 12 wine friendly dishes.

The downtown location of the Wine Loft is a softly lit, with an open expanse with semi-private areas separated by open woven drapes framing sofas, chairs, and coffee tables. A tasting bar anchors the center of The Wine Loft, and the main bar lines the back wall, serving as a focal point. The wine list is a balance of familiar labels with rotating esoteric selections, divided into Champagne and sparkling, white, rosé, red and dessert wines at The Wine Loft.
