Dram Whiskey Bar is a casually upscale eatery. It is located downstairs from its partner, upscale restaurant, Avo.

Dram Whiskey Bar is named for the traditional Scottish whiskey measure. The interior of Dram is made of reclaimed wood from a tobacco barn. Dram Whiskey Bar has a seating area with a leather sofa and chairs, a bar that wraps around the center of the eatery, and tables that line the exposed brick walls. Outside Dram boasts two patios. 

Dram Whiskey Bar serves Southern fare with featuring Kentucky and Tennessee products.

Dram Whiskey Bar is one of three restaurants owned by Tom Sheffer’s Green Apple Group in the Birmingham metro area, each of which have their own unique identity and cuisine. Other Green Apple restaurants include Jackson’s Bar and Bistro in Homewood’s SoHo development and the more upscale, California inspired Avo, located upstairs from Dram.
