Did you know that our fish is not frozen and pre-portioned like other restaurants? That our steaks and beef tips are hand-cut daily? The Chefs at The Bright Star hand cut and process all our fresh whole red snapper, black grouper, and steaks. This insures that our customers receive the finest quality fish and steaks possible.
