Clos-ste-hune Release Party


The Trimbach Family can be traced back to 1626. For almost four centuries, the Trimbach family has dedicated themselves to promoting the wines of Alsace and its terroir, which is most evident in its most sought-after “Clos-ste-Hune”. Hailing from the larger Rosacker Grand Cru, this 1.67 hectare parcel situated on south, south-east facing slopes on limestone soil, displays what Riesling can and should always strive to be. Rather than produce each year, the Trimbach family will only release an average of 650 cases in only the most pristine vintages making this one of the rarest and long-lived white wines in the entire world. A Clos-ste-Hune from any given vintage can last upwards of 50 years!

Reservations are $175 per person plus tax and gratuity which includes dinner and a raffle to win a bottle of 2011 Trimbach “Clos-ste-Hune” Riesling.
