On Monday, January 28, Birmingham diners will get a special taste of Camellia Brand beans on carefully curated menus by the city’s best chefs. Grab your family and friends and gather around the table at one of three restaurants to enjoy each chef’s take on Southern-inspired dishes.
Diners can Gather ‘Round at Southside’s Galley & Garden to taste dishes from chef James Boyce. Keeping with the Louisiana tradition of eating red beans on Mondays, this event is sure to bring some delicious fun to the beginning of the week. Diners are encouraged to bring family and friends to pay homage to this old Southern practice—when everyone would Gather ‘Round a pot of beans.
There is no ticket for this event, but reservations are recommended. Diners should contact the restaurant to make their dinner reservations.
