Located at Homewood’s SoHo Square, Jackson's Bar and Bistro's ambience is casual and energetic. And so is the staff. The outdoor patio that is nestled inside SoHo Square seats 100 people—beneath black and tan umbrellas. Inside, dark tones dominate the main dining area and wrap around the restaurant’s tables, booths, full bar and up the to the loft. The loft not only accommodates the overflow from the main dining area, it is also available for private dining. Yet it is the open kitchen that is the center of energy. 

The well rounded lunch and dinner menu ranges from small plates to entrees with a variety of pastas, pizzas, salads, and sandwiches. The wood buring oven is the center piece of the eatery. Dine in the main dining room, at the bar, upstairs on the balcony, or on the popular patio, which is perfect for people watching.
