Lots of fun, lots of information, and lots of wine!  We'll give you an outline of the basics and answer all of your questions while you taste ten great wines.  This is the first "Absolute Basics" class since June 3, so it will fill up fast!  

CLASSES BEGIN AT 6:30 PM and last approximately 2 hours.  Each class will include up to 10 wines for tasting as well as cheese and bread.  RESERVATIONS AND PREPAYMENT ARE REQUIRED and each class is limited to 24 people unless otherwise noted.

CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY:  Cancellation notification must be received a minimum of 24 hours prior to a scheduled class.  With proper notification your reservation can be switched to a future class or you can receive a store credit.  (No refunds allowed.)  Failure to give 24 hour notification will result in the forfeiture of your entire reservation fee.  Per person class fees are based on the cost of wines and other items needed for various class themes and the number of paying participants.  Because reservation fee proceeds basically equal the total cost to conduct the class and we have to plan ahead, absolutely no credits will be allowed for cancellation requests on the day of the class.  Please note that all class reservations are transferable so feel free to send someone in your place if you are unable to attend.
