Pita and Pasta
Grab a tasty lunch at Sol’s Sandwich Shop.

Sol Bajalieh opened Sol’s Sandwich Shop and Deli in 1968, in the original John Hand building. Today his three sons: Chris, Jason, and Jeff carry on their father’s legacy at 2 20th Street North, Suite 120. Sol’s serves breakfast and lunch, and offers catering.
Dine in or take it out. Sol’s fare travels well. Today I take out a Turkey and Tabouli Pocket and pair it with their incredible pasta salad. The fresh pita pocket is overfilled with sliced turkey, hummus, tabouli, Swiss cheese, tomato, and lettuce. And I do believe the side of pasta salad is the best pasta salad I have ever tasted. The al dente bow tie pasta mixed with peppers and tomatoes has the perfect balance of flavors, is not overly acidic, and is highly recommended.
