Pair Ahi Tuna Tartare with Gewurztraminer at Seasons 52.

We frequent Seasons 52 Fresh Grill for lunch and often make a meal of shared flatbreads and appetizers with cocktails and wine. Located at The Summit Lifestyle Center, Seasons 52 changes their menu weekly to keep up with the seasons. Options include organic foods and cocktails as well as gluten free, vegan and vegetarian menus. And nothing on their menu is more than 475 calories.
Today we find our favorite booth in the wine bar. And we pair glasses of Pacific Rim Gewűrztraminer (guh-VERTZ-tra-meener) 2012 with an appetizer of Ahi Tuna Tartare. This voluptuous and aromatic wine offers notes of lychee and tangerine that make an excellent match to the app. The substantial, towering tartare is topped with a generous amount of succulent, Ahi Tuna above a luscious tropical salsa and a divine Wasabi avocado mousse served with fresh and crispy sticks of Hawaiian sea salt chips. We sip, nibble and linger over this lovely pairing—perfect for spring.
