The owner of The Silvertron Cafe, Marco Morosini, wants to welcome all of you to the place all of Birmingham can rightly call its favorite neighborhood restaurant.
Like any good restaurant marriage, Marco Morosini and Silvertron Cafe have come together with some dishes old, some dishes new, some dishes borrowed, and some customers true blue. Silvertron has long been known for its generous portions, and the wide variety of its menu. Morosini has kept many of the old favorites, however, he is spicing things up by constantly introducing new dishes (many healthier options), new cocktails and new wines.
A native Italian, Marco’s travels have given him a first-hand education in wine he is always eager to share through fun wine classes for beginners and aficionados. So, yes. The accent is the real deal. And when he introduces you to a glass of a favorite Italian wine, know it is with a passion his wife wishes he would display only at home.

And carrying on the old tradition, every Monday at Silvertron Cafe is still Monday Night Pasta with every pasta on the menu only $7.95, and $1 off glasses of wine or $4 off bottles of wine. But Silvertron wants to be certain your week really gets off to a pleasant start, so we’ve extended the weeknight specials– Tex-Mex Tuesdays offers a fun sampling of dishes and drinks sure to please.
