Dine Daily Dine Daily evolves from daily e-newsletter to social sharing service!

Ten years ago Dine Daily was first imagined. It was the idea of local Birmingham attorney, Charlie Waldrep. He called our publisher Jan Walsh saying how much he enjoyed Wine & Dine Weekly, our e-newsletter and wanted a daily version of it.

Walsh and our Richard Phillips partnered to create the e-newsletter with a tagline of “Today’s Menus Delivered To Your Inbox,” with its own website. Times have changed, and social media provides a more effective means of delivering each day’s food pics, menus, specials, and events than a daily email.

Thus we are excited to announce that Dine Daily has been reimagined as a social media sharing service. It will no longer be a newsletter nor a website. Dine Daily now shares “What’s Happening Today” with Birmingham Restaurants’ local foodies audience on both social media and on the homepage of Birmingham Restaurants website. BirminghamRestaurants.com’s home page has been redesigned to feature the functionality of a feed for Dine Daily’s social media posts, tweets, reposts, retweets, and shares on Dine Daily's Facebook, and Birmingham Restaurants Instagram and Twitter.

Dine Daily's social service expands the social media presence of our Dine Daily Members: 5 Point Public House, Abhi Eatery & Bar, Bare NakedNoodles, Bellini’s Ristorante, Billy’s Sports Grill – Mountain Brook and Overton, Bistro 218, Bistro V, Bottega Café, Bottega Restaurant, Chez Fonfon, Flip Burger Boutique, Galley and Garden, Highlands Bar and Grill, Hot and Hot Fish Club, Jim ‘N Nick’s, Mo:Mo:, Ocean, On Tap Sports Café, OvenBird, Piggly Wiggly, Revolve Kitchen & Brew, Taco Mama, Taziki’s Mediterranean Café, and Village Tavern.

Other Member Restaurants are welcome to upgrade their Membership to include Dine Daily.
